A 100' waterfront property w/ a 56' cliff. Property had an existing seawall approx. 6' tall which was severely damaged by Hurricane Isabel. We repaired the seawall and built a 12' ledge behind it with approx. 800 cubic yards of soil. We then placed filtercloth and 400 tons of #2 granite approx. 12' high. Afterwards we semi-graded the bank followed by seeding and cloth.
